Send whatever there is, all at once: a link to the code or the project, the app itself, a login that can look but not change, a document, a recording. If the developer who built it has everything, send what you can and say so. Two days after we see it, you get this back:

  3. What we would build first.Aimed at what you said you want it to do. What it includes, the number of weeks, and what would change that number.
  4. What breaks first.The thing that fails once real customers use it, and roughly when.
  5. What it costs to run.What each account it runs in will bill you per month, after we're gone.
  6. When we could start.Whether there is room now, and the first Monday.

€500, invoiced with the document, and it comes off your first week. Free if you came here through a client's or partner's link; the link tells us who, so there is nothing to claim. Forward the document to anyone you want to argue with.

We show what you send to nobody. Want that on paper first? Say so in the box that asks what you've already tried, and leave the links out; we sign your NDA, then you send them. What the fleet may read, what it may write, and what never leaves your accounts is named before work starts.

This goes to code we wrote, running on Cloudflare, which mails it to us and stores nothing. No form vendor, and nobody else sees it. What happens to a message you send.
